2. Call-Outs & Attendance

Emergency call-out attendance is arranged upon confirmation over the telephone (+44 7463 681495) or form request. Estimates and rates are explained before dispatch.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are advised to take reasonable immediate steps, such as turning off main water stopcocks when safe to do so, to minimize water damage prior to engineer arrival.
